@atypicalhippy If you could imagine your body had a battery that controlled both your physical energy and your mental motivation for doing things. When that battery feels drained, that’s the fatigue. How lucky that you don’t experience jet lag though, that’s an underrated superpower!
@WhatTheADHD@AskADHD@blkgirllostkeys@AdultingADHD It definitely makes sense. I have been contemplating that as well. Is there anyone out there who is NOT burned out right now? And also, do people with ADHD experience burnout more severely?

Last night I dreamt I was with my person and it was so comforting. Until, in my dream, he died. I had to experience his death for the umpteenth time. Not quite reality, a different flavor. As if my subconscious is trying out every conceivable experience in hope of finding closure
Both of my siblings had their first kids within 6 months of my person dying, they could not relate and 4 years later our relationship is still strained. Be good to yourself and hold onto those who meet you where you are in your grief!! ❤️🩹
