@danidonovan Apple HomePod as a central hub, scheduled to change light colours depending on time, plays a binaural beat at 11:30pm so if I’m unaware of time it gives me a gentle nudge
@amateuradam I haven’t been able to concentrate enough to sit and read a book in a week in ~ 10 years & none at all since 2019* until I picked up UNDOCTORED at Gatwick airport last Tuesday…

As I pulled my resident aside after a tough day doing regional anesthesia, I asked the same first question I always ask when I have clinical competency concerns,
“How are things at home?”
Most of the time the answer is “fine.”

Hi Colin. I've been immunocompromised for years now, no one cared to wear masks before covid for the sake of people like me. We learned to do our own risk assessments and learned how to keep ourselves safe when flus were going around.
If you expect other people to mask for you, you should just stay home. People didn't before, and aren't going to now now that covid is mild.
