@eDreams Terrible @AXA German insurance even discriminated foreigner by saying your wife is foreigners so we cannot cover. What a terrible clauses when eDreams sell ticket snd mentioned for insurance coverage they do not mention that if you are foreigner then this insurance is invalid.

@eDreams You got airport taxes refunded for my NO SHOW flight due to Batik Air delayed flight. Unfortunately, after too many follow up AXA rejected my claim. Please advice how to get my airport taxes which seems to paid to eDreams. The invoice from Air India is attached.

@eDreams @AXA has asked a lot of papers and always saying that we can cover if Batik Air denies it or refuses to cover. Batik Air was not ready to give in writing. Finally, Batik Air wrote and then AXA was silent for very long and when I followed up they refused to pay for missed flight

@eDreams Your eDreams team has refused to pay the money refunded by Air India for NO SHOW. AXA insurance has refused to cover the money paid for missed flight. What a terrible service? Thankfully I have cancelled eDreams Prime. Your flight insurance means nothing actually zero coverage.

@AXA Nothing happened. I was asked that answer is required even if refusal to process 80€ claim. Now no answer after refusal from Batik Air. What new clause is now being searched by AXA to deny claim? Really astonished to see the claim processing for this small amount.

@eDreams sold ticket & @AXA insurance covered it. Separate itinerary from both airlines (Air India & Batik Air) not connecting flight. Batik Air got delayed and I missed my Air India flight. I got only airport tax refunded for NO SHOW by Air India (7€) & AXA cancelled my claim

@eDreams @AXA It was only 84€ claim. What a pity? Never expected this from @AXA to ditch claim falsely for a small amount.

@eDreams @AXA It was a very small claim. Is @eDreams telling a lie by saying insurance covers a trip OR @AXA finding loophole to reject claim? Whichever way I cancelled my eDreams Prime membership? I had great experience with @Trip as they handle such issues very well with great customer care.

@poojaofficial5 There should be a control there for user confirmation. But, it is India what more do you expect. @VFSGlobal never refunded our Visa fees and just sent a letter by post stating that Visa fees was refunded. Unethical practices and everyone knows it even people in Embassy.

@BatikAirINA No responsibility and no compensation for delay. I missed my Air India Express flight from Delhi due to delayed arrival of flight to Delhi from Kualalampur. Very bad experience. 😒

@BatikAirINA How long it will take to provide flight delay certificate? It is one of the main documents required by AXA for the insured trip.

@AirIndiaX Why my boarding pass was not emailed after not buying seat? It mentioned that I was checked in and thr boarding passes will be emailed 6 hours before departure. I missed my flight due to another delayed flight and require my boarding passes for missed flight. Thanks
