As I can see the train departed akola station but I haven't received any confirmation message of loading of bike
Can you please look into it

Booked my vehicle for transport from Akola to Pune. Akola Parcel Office says it has been dispatched but Pune Parcel Office says it hasn't been received. I was told updates would come via SMS but no message received yet. Kindly provide a status update.
