What’s happening at LPU campus is deeply disturbing and concerning. The demands of the students needs to be addressed promptly, freely and fairly by the University. However, the Punjab government’s silence is surprising, these are kids whose lives are at stake, many students who are from Maharashtra and are studying there have worried parents wanting to know if they are safe.
Maintaining peace in the state is essential, the highway blockade and such massive rampage on the campus needs to be probed further.
