Tip to get a job during #layoffs
Let's say you have found a job that matches your experience & expectations, don't apply for that job directly. Just go to the people section of the company, and ask for referrals from the random 10 people probably from the same domain.

get alerts for relevant jobs during #layoffs
You need to set up job alerts on LinkedIn, so that, whenever any relevant job openings will come, you will get notified.
-> go to LinkedIn -> click on jobs, then on the left side, 2nd option: job alerts. Set job alerts like SDE1,etc
