@HakunaMateria @NgagkpaCintbro @AquaPaadre I view the term "white race" as a recent umbrella term, usually used by futile European ethnicities (like Albanians, Romanians, etc.) to claim ancient Greeks and Romans and British Anglo-Saxon colonial Empire. I'm not insinuating that you are doing it, but I do notice that often.

Also, there was no such thing as "white race" in ancient and medieval times (Greeks had explicitly alienation, so are Romans, "barbarian" is Greek).

@NgagkpaCintbro @AquaPaadre Well, written texts ARE sophisticated and actual physical evidence. People had verbal transmission (and passed it onto generations) when they didn't have a written script. When every ancient civilization (Greece, India, Chinese, etc.) had a writing system, they wrote things down.

@NgagkpaCintbro @AquaPaadre Llyfr Coch Hergest was written between about 1382-1410. Again, I'm talking about "scriptures" by which I explicitly mean texts composed prior to Jesus's birth. Also, why should it be a miracle? India had one of the worst barbaric Islamic invasions in history yet we preserved it.

@NgagkpaCintbro @AquaPaadre ... which seems reasonable that Swedish, Norwegian, German, Danish, etc. uses Latin script as opposed to Indian texts like Riv Veda, Mahabharatha, Gita, etc. uses Sharada and Devanagari scripts and ancient Greek uses the Phoenician alphabet. (this only further steelmans my point)

Lack of literary evidence & scriptures shows the culture wasn't sophisticated enough to have a script to record its own history
