Guys your phone line (18002701950) and overall service experience is very bad. I am on hold at least for 1/2 Hour and never line gets connected.

Seriously @amazonIN please get your act together, I had pre-ordered the apple watch Ultra 3 on 13th Sept by paying full amount. It said delivery by 20-28 Sept, now it just say by 28 Sept, but if I order it now again (today) it says delivery by tomorrow.

What kind of fraud is this you have taken interest free advance payment and now not delivering the pre-ordered items and if a user's is buying now he is going get quicker delivery.

Pls fix this we trust Amazon for its platfrom, don't dilute this trust.

You won’t find this Dhirubhai-ism on the internet, or in books written about him. My late father worked with the legend right from his early RIL days till the last day he lived, and I know this one, courtesy of our home ‘episodes’ in which my dad spoke at length about the great man.

Shri Dhirubhai said to him – “Don’t just pay people, Win them over.”

Simply paying people doesn’t build a lasting relationship. That would be purely commercial and devoid of the emotions that create bonding. Someone else pays them more, and they will desert you midway.

Winning over people and earning their loyalty demands that you extend love, affection, empathy and care to the people who work with you; remunerating them for their services is only one aspect of the relationship. 

What I try to do with my team is to offer flexibility at work, allow a stress-free work environment, allow them to make mistakes in good faith, and be a part of their happy occasions and sad moments. 

This is the supreme legend’s treasure trove that I am sharing with you today.

I even had the good fortune of meeting the great master in person. Anyone who has met Shri Dhirubhai knows that there was a certain aura around him. I was fairly young at the time and all I did was touch his feet and say, ‘Jai Shri Krishna’. He asked what I was studying, and what I planned to do later in life. I fondly remember he told me to think big and wished me good luck! 

“Don’t just pay people, Win them over.” All leaders must remember this simple yet powerful message to build a team of winners & achievers.

Good morning.
I felt so proud to be able to use Indian rupees whilst shopping at #Dohaairport in the @LouisVuitton store. You can even use rupees in any restaurant.. Isn’t that wonderful? A massive salute to @narendramodi saab for enabling us to use our money like dollars.
