I bought xuv 700 AX7 L D back in 2022. Since past 2 years, after every 4-5k kms, i get engine check light issue. Strange none of your workshop has ever given me a cause behind it, do service and return back.
@18002096006 Again- pathetic service. Someone reached out to me on call, saying they will send me an email to arrange pick up & inspection but now she’s not picking my call.
Now i am stuck again. With same issue. And fed up with the car and service centres all across. Mahindra cannot really find a fault in their own car? Or are they deliberately hiding something from me.
@ZeptoNow have you really removed all your customer support executives and it is only chat bots now? Been waiting for my order since 90 mins, can’t get the update, can’t cancel. All i can do is talk to a bot.
I cannot really recall the last time my @ZeptoNow order reached in less than 30 mins. 😂 even it something is cheaper at zepto, @letsblinkit can deliver it twice in the time zepto delivers it once. Also, you are forced to talk to Ai agent. No humans available. Shit app.
@zomato@letsblinkit i don’t know what is wrong with your delivery partners but 90% of them pick up the order and then get busy with something on their batteries and end up being at least 20-30 minutes late! Its good to see use of e vehicles but isn’t there an SOP about the same?
@Mahindra_Auto xuv700 AX7L Diesel AT owner. Been almost 4 years. Never been peaceful. Today again, engine check light came on my way from gurgaon to Jim Corbett. Happened in Jan this year- ggn to Jaipur, a couple of times last year.
I thought @Mahindra_Auto does the most horrible job with car services, until I booked my service with @gomechanicindia . Now i think mahindra does a better job may be. No good car workshop in india at the moment for premium segment!
They are very sketchy with their order dates as well. I was supposed to received an order on 8/8, now the app shows delayed, executive says it shows 9/8 as date. Full shady website now!
Is @myntra the new scammer? First of all, you try to reach out to their customer care, 1-3, there is no option to talk to their executive rather just automated. Then you take option 4, go a little deep and then you finally have an option to connect with their executive.
@PicturesPVR been trying to reach out your duty manager at ambience mall gurgaon for a bulk booking. No one’s picking up the call. One staff picked & told me the duty manager is somewhere out. What a horrible service guys!
@amazonIN disappointing again. Received a used/duplicate airpods pro, got the letter of defect as well but their customer care hangs up the call after putting me on hold. Happened twice already!
@amazonIN ordered a kindle yesterday! The delivery agent isn’t picking my calls, had to use an alternate number for him to pick up my call. And he said- I don’t have your parcel, will give it whenever I have it. Tried talking to your customer care, all futile.
The guy hung up my call saying he’ll raise a complaint internally. I don’t have any information on the complaint. Amazon is a mess! And interestingly, a lot of people are having this experience these days. Its high time we should just shop from local merchants.
