My Wife Bharti Aditya was admitted at Apollo Hospitals Bilaspur for the delivery of baby on 26 June 2022. Inside Apollo campus my wife died due to heavy bleeding. No one checked her bleeding.

When we asked the doctors what happened, each doctors had different answers. No one clearly assisted us. Each doctors had different opinion, no one were clear. One Dr said nasal was cut down which caused bleeding, other Dr denied.

When we asked the doctors what happened, each doctors had different answers. No one clearly assisted us. One Dr said there are two nasals which come from heart to uterus, one of them were cut down during caesarean section. But the other denied and said something else.

When delivery happened Dr said she had bleeding but now she is fine. No one monitored her bleeding for 4-5 hours and when she had hemorrhagic shock situation then everyone came to rescue her. But it was too late, it had already done the damage. Major organ failure.
