@MainLineMaven @UPS@AUVIQ It's not just you! I'm having the same issue and am beyond frustrated. Quick to process payment, but won't fill and ship the prescription. Terrible customer service.
So frustrated with @AUVIQ and @aspenrxhealth. Paid $300 out of pocket for 2 sets of Auvi-Q last week, and the prescription was never sent. Customer service reps can't help me, saying the system is down. Canceling the order now. Wasted so much time. #foodallergies#foodallergy
We're preparing to respond to the devastating earthquake that hit Türkiye, Syria, and surrounding areas.
Thousands of children have been forced out of their homes into the freezing night and are without shelter. We're moving quickly.

There is no issue that can possibly justify the continuation of a policy that denies girls access to their education.
When they assumed control, the Taliban repeatedly promised to support children’s right to education.
They’ve broken that promise. https://t.co/YzUuGapkWt
Ways to be smarter about this and restructure around an airborne pathogen starts with *clean air*. Cholera went away with clean water. We need to make the air in all our buildings as clean and safe as possible. Everywhere — schools, restaurants, work, apartment buildings etc
@nursekateeRN Agree, and sadly, families living with food allergies learned this after the diagnosis. We look for and are grateful for the helpers and empathetic teachers, friends, and family.
@JaanaGold@DrTomFrieden Yes, and we’ve known that for a long time given other global vaccination campaigns, including the global polio and measles initiatives.
No one can say what’s coming after Omicron. Because we haven't globally expanded manufacturing of mRNA vaccines, the world is at serious risk if future variants emerge that escape vaccine-induced immunity AND are more severe.
My view? Omicron like the upper respiratory CoVs will not induce lasting immunity. Assuming this wave subsides in February we might get lucky and have an uneventful spring. But then a new variant will emerge from unvaccinated LMICs and sweep across the American 🇺🇸 South in summer
How many people (on Twitter) realize that you must wear a good mask in all public spaces especially break rooms, public restrooms, and indoor corridor even when no one is around? The virus lingers in poorly ventilated spaces for hours after infectious individuals are gone.
General Colin Powell’s death from #covid19 is extremely tragic. The takeaway isn’t that vaccines don’t work. It’s that there are medically vulnerable individuals who depend on the rest of us to be vaccinated to protect them. Getting vaccinated is not just an individual choice.
In my experience, what we need is a calm mind and warm-heartedness provides a basis for that. That's how we make ourselves happy as individuals in families, local communities and nations. If we can train those who are young today in these qualities we’ll create a happier world.
2a. Masks indoors at all times. Eat outside, if possible. Note that taking mask off after people leave the room is HIGH RISK--the virus can hang in the air for HOURS. Note that masks are key-they block the virus from getting into the air in the first place. (3/)
I am currently working in a high school clinic. You would think that my biggest concern would be COVID right now, and you'd be right... but there is another problem that sits in the shadow of that menace, and it's just as destructive, but no one seems to be noticing...
