Musicians, beware! I had a terrible experience with @airindia on my Delhi-Mumbai flight today. They handled my beloved @Fender guitar with shocking apathy, breaking the hard case and leaving it with multiple dents—it's now practically unusable. Here's what happened: 👇
3/ Despite paying for "fragile” & priority handling (see pics), this is what I got: damage so extensive it’s beyond repair. And the airline's policy says no responsibility, no accountability for oversized goods—only blatant mishandling. @airindia , do better. #Shameful
