@tomsietsema 90 minutes is a bit short, but if a diner is ordering and enjoying themselves juggle the other tables, that’s the art of being a host. The only thing that hurts is when a table camps and they’ve been paid for 30 minutes and you politely ask them and they get upset..that’s tough

@annesaurus Never realized how hard it was to avoid gluten until she got diagnosed too. We do everything as a family now gluten free for the holidays, etc. But eating out is terrifying.
