@CP24 Hiring more bus drivers isn't quick & easy. Training and licensing takes time. As Horwath said, most drivers are either seniors or parents who only desired PT work. New rules would make for an 8hr day w/ plenty of exposure to several students.
@CP24 Lots of criticism, but few ideas of how we might handle schooling in Sep. What I've heard from DDSB employees is that if anyone presents w/ symptoms, that school will have to close. I would rather home school until a vaccine. We need a reg routine & a concrete plan.
@superfresh223 @CP24 I "would" is much different than "I am." I don't work in retail or hospitality, so it's not an issue for me at this time. Thank you for your concern.
@CP24 I would refuse, especially in a hospitality setting. I feel the risk would be too high. We're moving to Stage 3, but this shit isn't over! My reasons would include daycare & health concerns too. Sounds to me like disgruntled employers may be choosing their responses to suit them.
