@redBus_in@makemytripcare My onward bus (PNR LAXQ4HJW52397) was cancelled by the operator due to “No Service”. Because of that, my return ticket (PNR LAXQ4HL857865) is now useless, but your app is still charging ₹755 as cancellation fee.
This wasn’t my decision to cancel. I can’t even reach proper support to fix this. Please resolve this urgently and process a full refund.
@redBus_in Thanks for the response. My travel timeline is very close, so I’d really appreciate a quick resolution.
Since the operator cancelled the onward journey, the return ticket has become unusable. Please ensure this is processed as a full refund without any cancellation charges. I’m available on call if needed.

Apparently my order is “scheduled for delivery today till 11 PM” while it hasn’t even been inducted at the last mile hub yet.
I’d really like to understand how this works 🤔
@Flipkart@elastic_run
My electronics order (Tracking ID: FMPP3600261803) has been stuck at “Dispatched to ElasticRunKhargharODH_MUM” since Dec 13.
The parcel is already in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, but there has been no scan or delivery attempt since then.
The ETA still shows Dec 17 due to an address change glitch, but operationally the package is already local.
Requesting help with last mile delivery escalation. Thanks.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport@elastic_run Following up with more clarity: this is not about early delivery.
The seller is based in Mumbai, the order was shipped on Dec 12, and today is Dec 17. This is a metro to metro delivery within the same city, yet the shipment has been stuck at the last-mile partner hub (ElasticRunKhargharODH_MUM) since Dec 13.
There is still no “Received at hub” / induction scan, which clearly indicates a last-mile induction failure, not an ETA issue.
Requesting a physical parcel trace and hub level escalation with ElasticRun, as the package is already in the destination city but has not been inducted for delivery.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport@elastic_run
Following up as support has only reiterated the ETA without addressing the actual issue.
The ETA reflects a Tamil Nadu address, but the address was updated to Mumbai immediately after ordering. A 1600 km vs 50 km delivery difference should clearly update timelines.
The shipment has been at the last-mile hub (ElasticRun Kharghar) since Dec 13 with no “Received at hub” scan or delivery attempt.
It is unacceptable for a high-value electronics order to remain uninducted at the destination hub for multiple days. Requesting logistics escalation, not ETA reassurance.
@DeadSoul962@Flipkart@elastic_run Yeah, that’s exactly what I’m worried about. The package is already local for days but hasn’t been scanned at the last hub yet
