Top cut at Querétaro for 10/1,446. Really happy for the unexpected big finish. This regional was so enjoyable, met cool people and talked to a lot of good friends.
Achieved two of my goals:
Top cut an event ✅
Be on stream ✅ (despite having a poor performance)
Season 2026 recap
Bombed out of hometown regional
Took a 5 month break
Came back wanting to get Ace Trainer
Cut a regional out of nowhere and decided to push for invite
Lost win and in day 2 at NAIC
Season ended at 494 pts, 40 more than previous with 3 less majors played
Mindset for next year:
Def can’t be cutting an event and not making day 2 twice. Next year goals include improving regionals consistency and sharpening my play so I can push for worlds invite, third time is the charm.
Playing to improve will be the mantra
Even though the final event didn’t go as planned, I reflect on my year and I achieved two of my goals in just my second year competing. However, the most important part was def the friends I made and the awesome I got to meet and know
s/o @ciaran_tcg for the guidance, coaching and way of thinking about the game. @SaumitTcg ‘s disc for the Pultnoir info. @NickGermain_ for convincing me to play 2 Hilda aka “do you want to play the game more?” And @Arath_Gomezprz for his support and being the best testing partner

I'll announce the winner on the 27th
Top 8 at Monterrey Regionals🎉
Was not sure about what to play days ago, and decided to play the deck I most enjoy, that’s what it means to me
Great opponents, great community, still making a lot of friend in this beautiful journey❤️
Special thanks to @ciaran_tcg for helping me grow as a player all year long, @Jctfordd for his broken lists and helping me prep for NAIC and @Arath_Gomezprz for chasing the invite with me (hopefully he’ll get it 🙏🏻). We will chase the invite again in the future!
4-1-4 at NAIC. First year competing and my season ends at 453 points and far away from worlds invite. Went from not even top 8 a local to top 64 a regional. I have met really cool people all year long and made some friends from both the local and international scene
42nd/1,327 at Monterrey regionals. Started 4-0 then went through dengo gauntlet. List was good, maybe it needs a stadium bump now. Beyond happy for this finish, and so close to cash. S/o to @ciaran_tcg for his guidance and knowledge, go join his metafy group!
