An approved Amusement Device Safety Council letter has been submitted to the HSE regarding the Declaration Of Operational Compliance rules that are within HSG 175, asking that they give consideration to those devices that are tested but being unused at this time.

The ADIPS office has had a number of calls recently regarding the purchase of second hand rides. Anybody choosing to buy a second hand ride will do well to ask for the ADIPS ID number and any paperwork to corroborate this prior to purchasing.
