Dear Team, WRT the above order ID, today evening at 4pm, I received a call from Mr. Arighna Das from your team, and I was assured that I would be receiving the SIM by 7-7.30 PM. I even shared my location details to him. At 6.18 PM, when I asked for a tentative time of arrival, he has shared number of Mr. Abbas Ali. I contacted Abbas, and he told he would be delivering the SIM by 9 PM. Now, I have tried reaching him 3 times, he is disconnecting my call, also when I am messaging Mr. Das, he is not replying.
Please note that, if the SIM is not delivered and activated by today, please refund the amount that I paid for MNP to postpaid plan. This is simply not accessible and against the norms set by TRAI for MNP. Failure to do so will result into escalation to customer complaint to TRAI.
@JioCare dear team, i requested for mnp, vide order number NO00018V6P10 on 4th October at 10.26 AM. Till today, I haven't received any call regarding SIM delivery. Yashi Sharma from your team committed me on mail that within 72 hrs, the SIM will be delivered. My UPC gets expired today. How many followups do I have to make to get the SIM delivered?
