💫A huge thank you to @HHSHaringey staff and students for welcoming us to the launch of their anthology 'A Voice for of Heart' last week. It was wonderful to hear so many great poems read out. Thanks to Ms Dexter and Ms Richards and to our Writer-in-Residence @Adisapoet! 💫

Today our Upper School boys were treated to a very special visit from the poet Adisa the Verbalizer. Ted in #Year3 shared his 'Panda' poem in assembly to the whole school and then later got the chance to share it with Adisa during the workshop too! #poetryinaction @Adisapoet

I end this piece with a list of 60 black British women novelists writing across genres, many of them debuts & the majority are not well-known. Look them up and see if they're for you, your reading group, your friends, different gens of your family. #Vogue https://t.co/bMRYDek8jL

Great day of poetry at Beaconsfield Primary school in Southall. Here are two gifts presented by my students. I think man is supposed to be me.
