Dear @eCateringIRCTC Ticket booking exp on the IRCTC app is unacceptable. Post filling details multiple times,system keeps showing “Unable to process request” errors at the final step. Users shouldn’t have to struggle with basic functionality. #IRCTC #IndianRailways

Most of the AC in AC Waiting Hall at Surat Railway station is not working in such a dangerous summer.
Request you to take appropriate action.

Ps: This waiting hall is unattended always perhaps making it more crowded than normal.
