@arachnocapital2 Unfortunately I think most people believe that agile is a thing that happens at a team level and has nothing to do with organizations - at which point agile practices become theatre at best, Taylorism at worst.

@arachnocapital2 Even though Jira has Kanban boards and cumulative flow diagrams, it also has story points and burndown charts and a search function on the backlog. And if a tool has a feature, that feature is going to get used.

I would love to know what proportion of developers think that "trunk-based development" means "no code review." I suspect the number is upsettingly high.

@urbanautomaton i.e. not 18 at once. One of the biggest problems with async review is that if the team is working with large batches, no individual can start working in smaller batches without sacrificing their own productivity.
