@willahmed@WHOOP support is so bad. After the AI generated non sense, the US team came in and confirmed they will include device. Now randomly the ticket moved to India support team and they are asking for money for the device? What is happening!
@WHOOP I'm having struggle renewing and I don't think I will be able to go forward if I just keep getting generic AI responses instead of a person solving the system error. My case id is 06050063 and unfortunately, I will have to cancel if I can't get this solved.
