మహారాష్ట్రలోని అమరావతి నుండి ఒక ట్రక్కు పశువులను అక్రమంగా తరలిస్తూ (Cattle Smuggling) మధ్యప్రదేశ్ వైపు వెళ్తోంది. ఆ సమయంలో మధ్యప్రదేశ్‌లో కొందరు గోరక్షకులు ఆ ట్రక్కును పట్టుకున్నారు.

ఆ ఘటన జరిగిన తర్వాత ట్రక్కు డ్రైవర్ 'నా��ిర్ ఖాన్' మరణించాడు. గోరక్షకుల వాదన ప్రకారం.. ఆ ట్రక్కు అదుపుతప్పి బోల్తా పడిందని, ఆ యాక్సిడెంట్ వల్లే నాజిర్ ఖాన్ చనిపోయాడని చెప్తున్నారు. కానీ పోలీసుల వాదన ప్రకారం.. అక్కడ నాజిర్ ఖాన్‌పై 'మాబ్ లించింగ్' (సమూహ దాడి) జరిగిందని, అందుకే అతను చనిపోయాడని అంటున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ కేసు కోర్టుకు వెళ్లడం, కోర్టు వీరికి జీవిత ఖైదు విధించడం జరిగాయి.

ఒకవేళ అక్కడ మాబ్ లించింగ్ నిజంగానే జరిగి ఉం��ే (గోరక్షకులు ఒప్పుకోనప్పటికీ), కోర్టులో ఎలాంటి ఆధారాలు సమర్పించారో మనకు పూర్తిగా తెలియదు (ఖచ్చితంగా హాస్పిటల్ మరియు పోలీస్ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ రిపోర్ట్స్ ఉండి ఉంటాయి). కానీ, అక్కడ ఉన్న 14 మంది వ్యక్తుల నేరం ఒకే స్థాయిలో ఉందా??

అందరికీ ఒకే రకమైన శిక్ష (జీవిత ఖైదు) ఎలా విధిస్తారు? సాధారణంగా ��ట్టంలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరి తప్పును బట్టి వేర్వేరు శిక్షలు ఉంటాయి. ఎవరో ఒకరిద్దరి తప్పు ఎక్కువ ఉండొచ్చు, కొందరిది తక్కువ ఉండొచ్చు, మరికొందరు కేవలం ఆ సమయంలో అక్కడ నిలబడి చూస్తూ ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు. అలాంటప్పుడు అందరికీ సమానంగా ఒకే శిక్ష ఎలా వేస్తారు? 🤯❓

పోనీ ఈ విషయాన్ని పక్కన పెడితే..

నా ముఖ్యమైన పాయింట్ మరియు ప్రశ్న ఇక్కడే ఉంది! ఉదయ్‌పూర్‌లో జరిగిన 'కన్హయ్య లాల్' కిరాతక హత్య కేసులో నిందితులు ���రోజు బయట ఎందుకు స్వేచ్ఛగా తిరుగుతున్నారు? వారికి బెయిల్ ఎలా లభించింది? వారి నేరం ఏమైనా తక్కువ స్థాయిదా? కన్హయ్య లాల్ కేసులోనైతే నిందితులు ముందే ప్లాన్ చేసుకుని, తాము మెడ కోసి చంపబోతున్నామని వీడియోలోనే స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు. ఆ 'సర్ తన్ సే జుదా' (తల కోసేస్తాం) టెక్నాలజీ గురించి అందరికీ తెలిసిందే కదా! అంత పక్కా ప్లాన్‌తో, ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా గొంతు కోసి చంపిన వారు ఈరోజు బెయిల్‌పై బయట తిరుగుతున్నారు ఇదెక్కడి న్యాయం??

ఇక్కడ తబస్సుమ్ ఖాన్ గారి జడ్జిమెంట్లో పక్షపాతం ఉంది అనేది స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తోంది.

ముస్లిం జడ్జి అయ్యుండి 14 మంది గోరక్షకులకు జీవిత ఖైదు శిక్ష విధించారు ఒకవేళ వీరు గనుక అధికారంలోకి వస్తే, భారతదేశాన్ని ముస్లిం రాష్ట్రంగా మార్చడానికి ఒక్క సెకను కూడా పట్టదు అనడానికి ఇదో ఉదాహరణ.
