I have had a lingering question for quite some time: why isn't waste from Kerala dumped in Karnataka in the same way it is dumped in Tamil Nadu? Opinions are welcome.

[prabakar @PrabakarGmail]

We always wonder why mallus coming to Tamilnadu for vibing and drinking in public places when they could do in their own tourist place
They on't rent any room for drinking, and pollute the tourist place .

Also don't make any situation to enter them in your state. Be safe.

@ShalinSpeaks Obc vs sc central budget sc budget more than 1.96lakh crore, obc bedget 13000crore

Ultimately, you claim that we receive government concessions.

That is absurd talk.sister

[Adithya @Adithya_voice22]

@Ahindu1345 @ShalinSpeaks What about this?

[Adithya @Adithya_voice22]

@ShalinSpeaks People belonging to the OBC category commit honor killings.
What do you have to say about this? https://t.co/VNlj08SFy8

[Shalin Maria Lawrence @ShalinSpeaks]

Graded inequality is precisely why we must understand honour killings beyond a simple oppressor–oppressed binary.

Praveen’s murder shows how caste, class and patriarchy can intersect even within oppressed communities. Two people may belong to the same caste, yet not occupy the same social or economic position. The family’s claim to “honour” can become a weapon against the person who crosses those boundaries.

This is what Ambedkar meant by graded inequality.

Society is not divided merely into two camps. It is organised into layers, where one group may be oppressed by another while simultaneously exercising power over someone below it.

The answer cannot be to romanticise communities in the name of caste solidarity, nor to reduce every honour killing to inter-caste hatred. We have to confront the deeper structure like who controls women’s choices, who controls marriage, who controls family honour, and whose economic or social status is considered worthy of protection.

Praveen was killed because someone believed that their idea of family honour was more valuable than his right to live and love.

That is the brutality of graded inequality .

Oppression can travel downward, sideways and even within the same community.

[Adithya @Adithya_voice22]

@ShalinSpeaks In that case, why didn't he attend his own son's wedding? Do u have any answer?

[Adithya @Adithya_voice22]

@Ahindu1345 @ShalinSpeaks Is it the case that all OBCs commit honor killings, just like that?

The reality is that industrial growth in Tamil Nadu is set to decline in the coming times— 📌

How do you expect to attract industrial investment when there is a power shortage? Is simply posting Reels on Instagram enough to fix this?
