@airindia It is not about seats availability in flight. There was no flights eligible for points redemption.
Redemption was available only for Air india flights. All Air india routes were changed to AIX in Bangalore & aren't eligible for redemption till end of may. Points expired in may

@airindia Case # 41429247 - I lost 30000 miles on 31 may. I transferred to FR coz at the time of tranfer - there were enough AI options from BLR. As soon as i wanted to book, no AI options were available in BLR to book. @AirIndiaX redemption was allowed only 10 days ago 1/2

@airindia Yes. You replied you can do nothing about it and hence i'm reaching out here.

How is it my fault when there was no viable options for redemption till the points expiry.

Now that there are options, give me some time so i can redeem.
