Today is #WorldMenstrualHygieneDay. Though I have been officially associated with this cause since 2019, running the campaign #JoharPeriods since 2022 opened my eyes to what females go through because of stigma and lack of basic sanitary facilities.

With this campaign we have reached 40,000 girls in #East_Singhbhum district till date and counting. We aim to make #Jamshedpur the most period educated city and #Jharkhand the most period educated state in India 🇮🇳

Thankfully things are improving with every passing day.

The entire team at @TeamNaamyaa and I will forever stay with the cause.
