@USDOT what is the guidelines on renumeration - is it third party agent like @OvagoCom who claims their hands are tied due to consumer unfriendly policy by airline or @SingaporeAir that is passing the buck to agent? Who should reimburse me for this duplicate charges

@USDOT I had very bad experience of price gouging in the name of "our policy" from @SingaporeAir who refused to let my agent swap out a wrong date booking so I paid extra to book another flight on correct date.

Then they canceled return leg of original wrong booking with no notice as "no show" & made me purchase flights again in my last minute desperation with additional $408.30 for fully pre-paid tickets again. Requesting refund of this duplicate charges 6ZXKVA

@SingaporeAir Travel agent quotes your policy and you refer back to them. Passing the buck & hiding behind policy to harass customers. Canceled return flights as no show after not letting swap out wrong flight leg. Then charging again to re-instate flights already paid fully.

I thought Singapore wants to encourage tourism. We booked flights from m SFO to DPS via Singapore Airlines using Ovago with a day’s layover in Singapore. But Ovago booked my daughter to reach Indonesia a day early minus layover
