Took a 9hr @ITAAirways flight from Rome to Delhi on 19th april and paid €436 for 4 seats with extra leg room and one of their seats was ‘inoperative’. Alternate seat provided by crew was at the back! Please refund my money @ITAAirways this is not done!!
@airindia Paid over Rs. 30,000 for a flight and couldnt even eat the meal provided by you. Small aircraft. No proper sitting space. No inflight entertainment services. Could have booked a cheaper flight nd received MUCH better service. Unfortunately, have to take same flight back
Your cancellation charges are 2250 per person away from flight cancellation charges? @YatraOfficial and what the hell is onward journey charges? There should be SOME rules and basic etiquette. HUGE MISTAKE booking with you guys! Ridiculous service.
Travelled to Dubai via @airindia and what a disappointment. Domestic flight experiences have been better than this. All travellers were disappointed. The plane, hygienie, food.. everything was just below average. Unfortunately return flight is non refundable.
Horrible services @YatraOfficial NEVER EVER make any bookings via them. Customer service is very useless. And they levy cancellation charges like anything. According to Customer Service, My cancellation charges turned out to be more than my flight booking amount. HOW?!!
