कारगिल युद्ध का हिस्सा रहे शंकर सिंह पिछले 13 सालों से जंजीरों में बंधे हैं —

राजस्था��� के पूर्व सैनिक शंकर सिंह ने 1999 के कारगिल युद्ध में देश के लिए लड़ाई लड़ी थी।

युद्ध से लौटने के बाद उनकी मानसिक हालत गंभीर रूप से बिगड़ गई। पिछले 13 सालों से परिवार मजबूरी में उन्हें घर में जंजीरों से बांधकर रख रहा है ताकि वे खुद को या दूसरों को ��ुकसान न पहुंचाएं।

उनकी पत्नी का कहना है कि इलाज में घर की सारी जमा-पूंजी खत्म हो गई।

कई बार आवाज सही जगह तक पहुँच ही नहीं पाती.... तो आइये ये आवाज पहुँचाते हैं

जो सैनिक कभी देश की रक्षा के लिए सीमा पर खड़ा था, आज उसे खुद मदद की जरूरत है।
