@Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago such is the sorry state of the biggest telecom provider of our country. And in the name of contacting, they just give a missed call. This has happened to me twice. Then they have the audacity to say that I was not reachable. They didn't even try to call back again

@Airtel_Presence Meanwhile, the customer care just keeps on reassuring me. There is no proper chain of ownership. Every time I talk to a different person. They say that they are taking the ownership of my case. Is this how you take ownership? There is absolutely no one I can reach directly.

@Airtel_Presence I have been raising the concern since 13th May, with the first official complaint raised on 20th May. It was closed without resolution on 24th. I again called and registered the complaint on 25th which was first of all delayed and then closed on 1st June after unsubscribing me.

@Pepperfry I was delivered the wrong sofa on 13th Feb 2024, but till date there has been no resolution. After every 2-3 days I am told that it will be resolved but there is no development. I am really losing my cool now.
Please get it resolved on priority.
