My Paytm device is not working for a long time, I have complained about it many times, even if we call them, their call is busy for 20 mint to 1 hour. Paytm is doing fraudulent activities with us and is also charging unnecessary charges.@Paytm @Paytmcare @AshwiniVaishnaw

I am not able to understand how my balance got deducted and whenever I try to contact customer care, their call doesn't get connected and even if it does get connected, the call gets disconnected in between. How long will we tolerate this torture?
