Hey @airtelindia, what's the point of paying for a 200 Mbps plan when the internet is down every other day, speeds fluctuate constantly, and VPN barely works? Facing this for almost 2 years despite multiple complaints. Please fix it.

@Airtel_Presence Been an Airtel Broadband customer for 3+ years. Despite upgrading to the 200 Mbps plan, I've faced frequent outages for the last 2 years. For the past 2 months, speeds are only 50–70 Mbps, VPN won't connect, and there's been no response to my complaints. @Airtel
