@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has such pathetic DTH services.. I registered a complaint and have no update since more than a week.
And their helpline is practically unreachable. You can talk only to IVR. No way to contact anyone. My recharge is getting wasted. Pathetic...

(2) now, ola's support is super dumb.. real issue is not listed and no way to contact or connect with a support agent.. I don't think they even have a grievance redressal mechanism in place.. all they have is some dumb prompts with fixed useless answers.

Worst customer support is of @Olacabs @ola_supports . I booked a cab with price of 857₹ and at the end of the trip the driver charged me 950₹. Although I already told him that I'll add 50₹to the amount being shown but at ride end he said, that fair increased. CRN: 7929512509
