Order number: 194151342926043, Refund was processed. But is it not a basic check to be done before dispatching the product? What if customers overlooked the date and consume it? What is the handling charge for?

Therefore there is no (REAL) safety net for people paying taxes in India.
This puts a lot of stress, pressure & a feeling of injustice.
That share your upside.
But, no one will give a shit about your downside.
And, this is what is precisely wrong with our taxation.

@geekyranjit@TataMotors The service centers needs a huge improvement. I also had a very bad experience with service from select motors for my EV. Problems were not addressed, over crowdy and waste of time for customers. I own other brand vehicles too. They are miles ahead of tata service centers.
@MiIndiaSupport i have purchased robot mop p and paid 1000INR to installation executive for extended warranty.. its been more than 3 months and I didn't receive any extended warranty mail. Now the exec is not taking any responsibility n he shared me an invoice. Pls check DM.
He is telling me that "I have paid at the xiomi service center but they r not providing the warranty on time n I'm not responsible for it". While collecting d money, he told that warranty certificate will be available on same day. Pathetic service this is.
@flipkartsupport What was addressed? The item was ordered on sep 24th and its not delivered yet and you say concern addressed by SPECIALIST. Atleast read before replying. This shows the quality of customer care at @Flipkart
