There is no response and quick resolution from technicians. They only look for new connections but existing customers don't matter to them. I had raised a service request for relocation on 2nd Aug but till now its not processed and scheduled for 12th Aug.
@JioCare The appointment is after ten days from the service request raised date. What about my existing plan, i am at a loss for not being able to use the existing plan. If I request for a new connection then every technician will be available for it. @JioCare
