My car is under SVP and Extended Warranty and there was some replacement. The showroom people informed me that they have req for approval yest and they haven’t received approval yet. Should customer suffer because of your internal processes?

@rajkundu786 @EurekaForbes Indeed, @KentROSystems service is far better than this. This is the standard of @EurekaForbes service in city like Bangalore then just imagine in tier 2 cities. They will update fake things on app. They will say technician visited although no one visited.

@EurekaForbes Raised a complaint on 30th June and scheduled a visit for 1st July. No one visited, rescheduled for 8th July. Still no response. Customer care says they will schedule visit on priority but nothing from past 2 weeks.

Got sms saying technician visited and no one was there, but there was no visit. Same is tracked in Apartment visitors app. Customer care called and said that repair will be chargeable even when device is in warranty. Is it your service @EurekaForbes

@myntra I ordered 3 clothes and only one was delivered, that too a different product. Technically my order was not delivered at all. I raised multiple complaints but there was not any satisfactory response. Not sure what checks were performed. @jaagograhakjago @JaagoGrahak

Even after your quality check the delivery was not proper. There might be some fault in delivery agent. You are not accepting that and giving baseless reasons. I have a wrong delivered product as proof with me. Still no action from your end. @jaagograhakjago
