Since 2016, in Jharkhand, at least 29 Muslims & Adivasis lynched or injured on suspicions of cow slaughter / consumption of beef / stealing cattle or due to religious hatred. Sadly, this violence has continued even after @HemantSorenJMM govt took charge. 1/n @MahtabNama @nistula

We reiterate our demand that @HemantSorenJMM must take action against the culprits & provide adequate compensation & bring justice to all the affected families. Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005 be repealed, anti-lynching laws be brought in Jharkhand.
