@EastBreese I never understood this take because why would the 4 or 5 games you circle as must watch games change because they can afford a 2 or 3 losses? Take the Oregon game for example say both teams have 2 losses in the old format this game is not important but now it’s a huge game.
Here’s my question on this play:
We have all these rules for what constitutes a catch: Must make a football move, must survive the ground, must take a third step, etc.
In this instance, if the Denver defender didn’t come up with the ball and it ended up the ground instead, it would have pretty clearly been ruled incomplete, not a fumble.
Right?
