@ELALUSA how are customers supposed to feel when you charge them 2k to switch one leg of their trip but then you can delay our flight for 6 hours with no explanation and no compensation… trying to visit Israel and stimulate the Israeli economy but your kinda making it tough..
@mohammed_hijab That’s like asking is it morally incorrect for one soldier to kill a fellow combatant. After all it’s war, and soldiers killing soldiers in war is “allowed”.
Why does it matter if the soldier you kill is on your “team” or not?
@piersmorgan@piersmorgan what if it was the 2nd largest refugee camp? Is that okay? Or Israel cannot strike any refugee camp is there’s a high ranking terrorist there? What if there are 2?
Every tweet of yours is just based on your feelings. Right and wrong to you is whatever piers feels.
@cenkuygur It’s a war, @cenkuygur, Israel is getting rid of Hamas. It’s not really complicated. Each innocent death is very sad obviously. On either side. But you can’t compare numbers, that’s just dumb. And Israel has no responsibly to put its soldiers lives in danger to appease your bias
@cenkuygur Huh? Bad take. It’s not an eye for an eye world where it’s fair if Israel kills the same number of Palestine’s as hamas killed Israelis. If Israel directly targeted 1.3k innocent Palestine’s and said we’re done that would be barbaric but fair/just according to this guy.
Hamas has released footage of them beheading captured soldiers. We will not share it, but the world needs to know their depravity exceeds that of ISIS. And we have been telling you all for years. May the precious souls of our men and women be in our hearts forever.
@united Trying to imagine any company’s customer care saying: We received your complaint and since we want to keep your business we expect to respond in around 2 and a half months
Just got off a 24+hr @united flight which I’m pretty sure they diverted to FCO to get around Israel’s reimbursement policy but pretended it was a mechanical issue mid flight. No kosher food or water provided for over 12 hours while we waited in FCO. Support hung up on me.
@united For those following, @united informed me that customer care volume is high. And i should expect to hear back in 70 days (50 business days). That’s over 2 months!! @USDOT this is crazy!
@united 3. Filly boarded plane with no WiFi or cellular before any food was on board. Passengers just had to sit and wait for an hour for the caterer to bring the food
4. Not enough kosher meals for all passengers
5. Multiple pushed delay times
@united 1. Almost certainly pretended they fixed the underlying issue just so they could move us from Israel to Rome to avoid a long delay and Israeli required compensation law
2. No kosher food in FCO and we’re not provided water or food vouchers either
@united Already filed one while on the plane. Was told I’d get a response in 11 days. Ridiculous. Never had such a bad experience. So many things happened and @united just dropped the ball on each one.
