It does only protect against simple session stealing, but counteracting this by managing persistence will take more effort, which is what I meant by less useful
@ACG1867@vintagemapstore It would really depend on the polling. I agree that forcing a yes/no response could elicit that behavior, but a good survey wouldn't require you to answer questions if you have no preference. Since this data is widely cited I assume that the methodology isn't flawed.
@ACG1867@vintagemapstore It's not just bandwagon, there was a big shift in culture during the Obama era. You could make a similar graphic for the spread of abolitionism, which was partly due to a shift in morals, not just because slavery was no longer socially acceptable.
