Tujuannya utk mengunci sendi yg keseleo biar ga bnyk gerak.

Simple answer : lack of practice

I understand english very well but can't speak fluently, why? I googled it and here is the answer : rarely practice my speaking. Basically you have to give more output. The ratio should be 7 (Output) : 3 (Input). Output : speaking and writing. Input : reading and listening.
