Since I took this photo at the unite the kingdom march yesterday, it’s taken on a bit of a life of its own. Many large accounts just stole it and used without credit which is always a terrible thing to do. A credit costs nothing and makes a big difference to me as a photographer. Thanks to my many followers who called them out. Really appreciate that. People have also asked grok to see if it’s ai. Apparently grok said it was. Well grok, it isn’t. It’s exactly as it appeared. Really love that you all liked my photo. Thank you so much once again for all your lovely messages.

I need to hear more details before I comment extensively on
the assassination of Charlie Kirk, except to express my heart-felt condolences to his family and my personal sense of sadness and loss. That said, please know that you do not need to be a "professional hit man" or a "highly trained sniper" to hit a man-size target from 200 yards. Give me anyone with normal eyesight and hand-eye coordination and I'll have them shooting 3" groups in a couple hours with a bolt-action Mauser in .30-06 with a decent optic from 200 yards.

And by the way, no "highly trained sniper" aims at the neck of an unarmored target. They aim center mass of torso or head, depending on proximity and target position. That tells me this guy missed his intended target zone and sadly got lucky when the bullet caught Charlie's carotid artery and/or jugular vein. That's not a "highly trained sniper" shooting prone from 200 yards with a competent scoped bolt-action rifle.
