🇺🇸🇺🇸🧐🤔“AND YOU STILL DARE TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH…”
Sasha Legerman: This is too accurate not to share.
This Australian’s response to Trump’s rant that “NATO does nothing for America” is absolutely devastating:
“Mate. You run a country where 600,000 homeless people will sleep on the streets tonight.
A country where 40% of adults can’t cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money.
A country where insulin costs more than a car payment, and people ration it just to stay alive.
A country where medical debt is the number one cause of bankruptcy.
A country where women die in hospital parking lots because doctors are too afraid of abortion laws to treat miscarriages.
You imprison more of your own citizens than any country on Earth.
More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea.
In the land of the free, 2 million people sit in cages, and a quarter of them haven’t even been convicted of anything.
They’re simply too poor to afford bail.
Your life expectancy is declining. You’re the only developed nation where that’s happening.
Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba’s.
Your children practice active shooter drills between math and English classes while you sell defense stocks to your friends.
Your minimum wage hasn’t changed in 15 years.
Your teachers work two jobs, your veterans sleep under bridges, and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that never attacked you.
And now a convicted criminal — found liable for sexual abuse, defending a pedophile, sleeping with a porn star, and running the biggest dumpster-fire campaign since the Taliban — is thanking you for yet another disaster.
And you call Greenland badly governed?
Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world.
Nobody there goes bankrupt because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because insurance refused treatment.
‘NATO wasn’t there when we needed them.’
When exactly was that, champ?
September 11?
Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU.
Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU.
Australia wasn’t even in NATO, and we still showed up. For twenty years.
And then you left at 2 a.m. without telling anyone and left everybody else to clean up the mess.
You don’t care that a great nation is being terrorized by your friend, and you haven’t shown it a single ounce of sympathy.
So maybe before calling other countries badly governed, take a look at your own backyard, you aluminum siding salesman with a spray tan.
The only thing badly managed in this picture is your damn mouth.
And you still dare to lecture the rest of the world?”
The billionaire Israeli-American Oracle executive, Safra Catz, boasts that her proudest moment is when she provided the IDF with Oracle's "scary technology" to use against Palestinians in Gaza.
It's Oracle's founder, Larry Ellison -- the largest-ever donor to the Friends of the IDF and one of Netanyahu's closest friends -- who has now bought Paramount, CBS News, buying Warner Brothers, CNN, and effectively now controls TikTok.🇮🇱
BREAKING: The Israeli army has declared the Christian village of Taybeh—the last entirely Christian village in the occupied West Bank—a closed military zone, prohibiting Israelis, foreign nationals, and journalists from entering.
In practice, this means international activists, human rights observers, and journalists will no longer be able to enter the village to document or respond to the daily attacks by Israeli settler terrorists.
This is a deeply alarming new measure and another step by the Israeli government and army toward the ethnic cleansing of the last entirely Christian village in the West Bank. They want to do it in silence—without witnesses, without journalists, and without the world noticing.
Instead of arresting the settler terrorists responsible for these attacks, the authorities are banning the journalists and activists who document them from entering the village.
If this continues, the survival of the last entirely Christian Palestinian village in the West Bank is at serious risk.

I sat with a friend who was telling me how Israel executed his entire family, including his wife and children.
He told me, "We were trapped in a house in northern Gaza. The army was announcing over loudspeakers that everyone inside should come out with their hands on their heads, and that the army wouldn't kill them."
He said, "I didn't know what to do except leave. My family and I left the house one by one, with our hands on our heads. A soldier called us to stand against a wall. Suddenly, I heard gunfire, and I didn't wake up until I was in the hospital. I learned that they had executed my entire family. I was injured and bled for a long time, and I survived after ambulances arrived. One of the doctors told me that Israel had killed my entire family, including my mother, father, wife, and two children." He told me the story with eyes full of sorrow, pain, and tears.
This is one of the testimonies of Israel's terrorism against families in Gaza.
@SnoopDougieDoig@_JamieMcIntyre Between them those improvements are measured in metres not miles which really shows how terrible it is. I think the only other sections where anything has been touched in the last 40 years is the short stretch north of pulpit rock and also just leaving Tarbet. Pathetic.
@ScotRoadArchive And 40 years later there has only been improvement to two tiny sections since - and much of the Tarbet to Inverarnan is so bad it poses a danger to traffic passing in opposite directions
@_JamieMcIntyre And why have they stopped extracting by sea. A lot of this money is for the road from Lochaline- less than 20 years since they gouged the usual scar- but then it was to the shore. They also took out by boat from Skye before but now it’s all dragged hundreds of miles by road.
@scotforestry@JimFairlieLogie Why spend £100ks on the road from Lochaline when 10 years ago you gouged a new road across the countryside to the shore to rightly take the wood out by sea. Then that was abandoned for lorry after lorry driving miles across the country.
No meaningful industrial benefit, not much tax, not many jobs, higher electricity prices, destruction of our countryside.
What's not to like about Milliband's plan for extracting Scotland's wealth & handing it to international corporations. It's worse than O&G. We're such mugs.
@RupertLowe10 describes Dunblane to Joe Rogan in his podcast as “a murder up in Dunblane.”
Joe Rogan replies, “One murder?”
Lowe answers: “One murder.”
One murder?
Sixteen kids and their teacher were murdered. Fifteen other primary school children were wounded.
My children’s school, about fifteen minutes from Dunblane, was locked down that day. They’ll never forget being kept in the gym hall until everyone learned the gunman was dead. They’ll never forget the teachers trying to hold themselves together while reassuring frightened children.
To reduce that atrocity to “one murder” is deeply insulting.
It wasn’t a single murder. It was a mass murder. In a primary school.
Almost as disturbing was the tone – one of disbelief, even mockery, that anyone could respond by tightening gun laws. This wasn’t some obscure historical event. It happened in 1996, when Lowe was 38 years old. He should have known what happened on that terrifying day in Dunblane.
For anyone who remembers that day, hearing it dismissed so casually is genuinely shocking.
