@British_Airways hi my partner’s flight for tomorrow morning has been cancelled and the alternative flight offered gets in the next day which is too late (he’s starting a course tomorrow). There is a BA flight available for tomorrow morning but it’s not offered as an option

@easyJet My partner then entered a claim, and has just been told that the person booking the tickets needed to make the claim. Please confirm who needs to make the claim? I feel that we have been given the run around while you avoid paying out the compensation we’re owed 2/2

@easyJet I’ve booked two tickets for my partners, daughter and her cousin last summer. The flight was cancelled. I entered a claim to you for compensation, but was turned down on the grounds that a parent needed to make the claim as she was under 18 at the time of the flight. 1/2

@virginmedia It says there are no known issues in the area but the broadband is soooo slowww. I haven’t waited for pages to load for this long since using dial up in the early 00s
