When i am challenged with a thought, I don’t react but understand the psychology of the society and how people are made to think.

Then i rework on my proposal make sure next time it convinces the person.

I forgot the last time i indulged in an argument.

Definition of making someone strong is not shouting or showing aggression on their action.

Accepting mistakes of others and asking them grow through with guiding them in a calm mindset makes you mature and them stronger…..

The best decision makers are spoon-fed high level thinking.

The moment to test their decision making compared to the same people in the cohort is leaving and letting them make mistakes.

Huge Delta between big mistakes and small mistakes makes you better than the cohort.

It was about building the infrastructure and then handing it off to the person who can maintain it.

That’s where the problem starts….

You need a person to scale it and not just maintain it, build the people >> make them capable and ask them to think from where you left.

Year back, i started using w app just like another instagram. I felt like w app is going to be the next big game to crack.

The more you promote among the closest, the more your brand rise high.

Today w app introduces user name and it is trying to be more public than private.

With mixed allocation of task in your brain, you need a system to delegate the tasks.

This is a loop where you delegate so that the process includes you in an organized manner.

A system which is built by you, manages you and makes sure the tasks get completed on time.

The fun part of every start-up is not just continuing meetings.

Initial days you put everything on steroids but you need a person to push to keep the process going.

Hiring enablers is more important than hiring capability in today’s AI world where things needs to move……

I feel with the rise of machines doing most of the critical tasks.

The weaving of code and hand made models comes into the highest paying job category.

This is just like those workers in village who stitch and make beautiful sarees and their art is exceptional.

Your capability gets decided only when others feel safe to share their ideas & innovation.

Create a platform for the next gen talent.

Humanity is still there in every place only if you choose to make it accessible for everyone.

The world laughs at something which is not created by them.

The creators fail when they react to the unnecessary noise of the world.

Set an example and sell it like nobody thought the other way.

As you go up on the ladder, you have to figure out whom to explain the most and whom not to.

This only happens when you over explain to the wrong people and think of them as a co-builder .

Be smart and fail fast so that you can fail better the next time.
