Keeping an eye on your skin can help you spot changes early.
✅ Here are the ABCDEs to watch for during your mole check:
A – Asymmetry
One half of the mole doesn’t match the other.
B – Borders
Look for edges that are irregular, jagged, or blurred.
C – Color
Multiple colors or shades (brown, black, red, white, or blue) can be a red flag.
D – Diameter
Moles larger than a pencil eraser (about 6mm) should be watched more closely.
E – Evolving
The mole is changing in size, shape, color, or elevation, or has new symptoms like itching or bleeding
“The ABCDEs are a simple way to catch early changes in your moles,” says Kenne Ogunmakin, MD, dermatologist at Kelsey-Seybold. “If something looks different, it’s always worth getting checked.”
Protect your skin. Know the signs. Stay sun-safe this season.

Thank you, @GregAbbott_TX. Your billionaires love it that you ran off so many skilled educators. You are the worst leader in Texas history. Our grandkids will read about you and what you’ve done to most of them. #voteAbbottOut
@breakfastclubam@LorenLorosa@djenvy overly excited ass seems to enjoy listening to this case. It literally ask @LorenLorosa to focus so she can finish her segment on reporting (her other stories she reports, his dumb ass is interrupting and getting her off topic)....
Dayum @breakfastclubam, if y'all gonna have ole girl eventually replace Jess (because its obvious), at least give her training on how to stay FOCUS on reporting (it's so annoying). Because Thing 1 & Thing 2, easily distracts her from reporting (only when Jess is out).
