We today with the Petitioner @TonyGachok15769 and my learned friends @Skmusyoka SC, @DanielMaanzo,@KibeMungai and David Adwoli,faced Adani and his Broad-based Government friends Eyeball to Eyeball,Mundu Khumundu and they have just blinked and asked for time to withdraw inview of the cancelation of the Adani deals by their Boss.
We however insisted they must table evidence of such cancelation and consequent losses Kenya is likely to suffer in terms of penalties and accountability for the same,after which the case must proceed to hearing as a matter of great Public interest to determine several matters of law and Constitutionality of certain provisions of the PPP Act that are being misused and abused to facilitate opaque high level corruption deals.
We also obtained conservatory orders preventing Adani or his proxies from any further dealings with JKIA or any other parties that the Broad-based Government might be planning to on-board to replace Adani until this matter is heard on 29th January 2025.
Kenya owes a debt of gratitude to the patriotic Kenyans like @amenya_nelson @RichardOnyonka_ @TonyGachok15769 @FaithOdhiambo8 @LawSocietyofKe @OkiyaOmtatah @Kawu_KE @NdiemaMoss @TheWiperParty @DAP_Kenya @JubileePartyK who courageously came out as whistle-blowers,as Petitioners and all demonstrators against the Adani deals.
We must not let our guard down until all the Adani tainted deals including JKIA,KETRACO and ADANI-SHA are dropped and Adani kicked out of our Country as he was kicked out of other Countries.
Eternal vigilance is the price we must pay to keep this corrupt Bread-based Government in check.

This Matter against the Adani Group takeover of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA)is of critical importance. We are dealing with critical infrastructure that touches on the national security and the well-being of the nation-state called Kenya.

We have said this before: that we have no problem with investors coming into the country. However, the way this Adani deal has been crafted has all the trappings of what one would call state capture. Look at Adani in JKIA. Adani in SHA/SHIF. Adani in KETRACO. All these deals are clouded in secrecy.

@EugeneLWamalwa, David Adoli and I are on record for the Petitioners @TonyGachok15769, @TheWiperParty, @DAP_Kenya, and @JubileePartyK, and we are determined to fight over this matter not just for the benefit of the present generation but for the future generations of this country.

We cannot auction the nation.

We will return to the Milimani High Court Nairobi on November 27, 2024.
