My agency made $1,000,000+ on Upwork in the last 12 months. 🎯
But many agencies are struggling to get jobs.
Here are 5 top tips for @Upwork:
1) Branding
◦ Clients trust agencies that put effort into branding their own company.
◦ It shows attention to detail.
◦ High-quality branding invites trust.
2) Profile Overview
Your profile summary is your chance to pitch what your agency specializes in.
◦ Include all your skills and how your agency stands out.
◦ Give previous results and past work that demonstrates these skills.
◦ Think of your profile overview as a way of pitching yourself for the first time. Don't come across like you're bragging.
◦ Put yourself in the client's shoes and think what they want to hear.
3) Apply for relevant jobs
Try to get in the shoes of the client & understand what the client is looking for.
◦ In the proposal, answer questions the client may have.
◦ Share expertise & previous experience that you may have related to this job.
◦ Give details of what you will do on the job.
◦ Ask the client questions about the job that were not answered in the job post.
4) Services you provide
◦ Write a description of every service you provide on your agency profile.
◦ If you do development, write out all the different development services you provide.
◦ Be descriptive.
5) Extensive Portfolio
◦ Include your agency's best work in your portfolio.
◦ Try to include as many projects as possible, but leave out any low-quality projects.
Summary:
◦ Nice branding (logo & banner)
◦ Create an engaging profile overview
◦ Apply for relevant jobs only
◦ Description of the services you provide
◦ Extensive portfolio

Think about what you're saying in proposals before sending them.

• Sleeping off the hangover.
• Order unhealthy food.
• No care for myself.
My Sundays, now:
 Planning my week.
• Spend time with loved ones
• Workout.
Create your vision and work to achieve it. 🎯
Invest in people that invest in you.
• Some people celebrate when you do well.
• Some people pick you up when you are down.
➡️ Some people will do both.

When you start getting successful financially, remember who was there for you when you had nothing.
People will pop out left, right, and center once you make it, saying they knew you would make it all along.
Trust the ones that stayed when it was hard. 🩷
