if you're at the #MVFallFest and you haven't tried a pumpkin chocolate chip cupcake from @SweetBoxTruck you're doing it wrong

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@DogsInaPile @iamhiphopslop @PurseDreams @TheXteens @posterdan really?! no more than a basic pat down for my crew.

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@rowj hopefully for sure!! they were playing slow n ambient stuff but begging for crowd to rock out?? I felt squirmishly uncomfortable

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@iamhiphopslop @PurseDreams @TheXteens @posterdan eh, crowd needed em to play w energy in order to give some back. I felt it boring & awks

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@iamhiphopslop @PurseDreams @TheXteens @posterdan a visual/sonic spectacle yes but mega awkward! Wayne begged for crowd enthusiasm, got none

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@MethLabForCutee the flaming lips & tame impala. spectacle of a show with zero crowd enthusiasm. WEIRD

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

@suzydrano I know n agree. been to a ton of indie n other shows. seen the lips before. Wayne was BEGGING for crowd energy and not getting it

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

I'm tweeting at a mother effing show. I don't do that. but this vibe is odd, and not a good brand of odd. poor Wayne

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

I've never seen an artist ask (beg!) for some enthusiasm and get nearly nuthin in return. where am I?! who am I?! more energy plz ⚡️⚡️⚡️

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

been a minute since I've hit a non jamband genre show. maybe my 7th lips show. weird energy, or lack thereof, from the lame hipster "fans"

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

is it me or does Wayne seriously hate this Philly crowd? show is visually rad, but slow...and energy is stupid low. fuckin hipsters

[blake feldman @adorablakes]

“@everyword: thirties” ie, the worst [half] decade of my life 😕
