I spent the morning at @LakeridgeHealth celebrating our Patient and Family Advisors and PFA Partners at a networking event. We heard about an experience based co-design project in Critical Care and honoured our PFAs who have worked with us for 10+ years! Thank you PFAs!

@LakeridgeHealth was thrilled to share our journey with sequential accreditation with @AccredCanada. We were one of the first hospitals in Ontario to undergo sequential accreditation from 2019-24. We have embraced a philosophy of accreditation ready every day.
